No dishwasher detergent, soap and cleaning towel in kitchen, tasteless or no decoration, rather „cool“ interior

Location was perfect, very close to merode metro station. Appartment was spacious with a 2 bedroom and 1 separate bathroom. Clean and easy to check in if uou prepare the application from before. Highly reccomend !

No soap, not enough toilet paper but ok with the rest.

As a family we liked how spacious and clean was the apartment. As well as it was near from a supermarket and a metro station.

Very clean apartment and close to the Metro. Though not in the centre still a lively location with museums, park, bars and restaurants.

Terrible check in system using an app an smartphone. Mine wouldn't work and I had to make phone calls to an emergency number in Switzerland. Lots of what ifs... What if my phone died? What if I couldn't make the phone call? Huge let down and started the trip on a panicky note. Score would be ten out of ten except for this.

The owners were unresponsive to queries. They key to apartment was not functional and I sent a message on day 1 of my arrival raising the concern. They responded only by the last day of my stay (4 days later). I literally had to leave the main door of the apartment open for all the 4 days of my stay whenever we were travelling. Toilet in the living room was clogging. Also, the photos posted on the site did not match the real apartment. They had posted a large lawn outside the partment which is the main reason we booked this property. However, to our surpise, it ended up as a completely closed without even a balcony. Though the partment was spacious, overall we did not quite enjoy the stay due to teh above concerns
