very satisfactory hotel. It has a unique character. The room, while not particularly large, was comfortable and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The location is great. The hotel also lovingly takes care of a very cute little cat (she's the darling of the place, everyone loves her). The staff are friendly. The lobby offers a common area for work meetings, which is quite nice.

"Lovely Hotel, Amazing Breakfast!"

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, so many options, and a really beautiful space to eat in the Courtyard. The rooms were large and they secured us two interconntected rooms.

The swimming pool was disgusting, it clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. We didn't realise until we stepped in to it and mould just started floating all around us. We told hotel management and I think they began cleaning it the next day. I was surprised no one else had complained before us as it was a busy hotel and nice weather, surely other people noticed. We were allowed to use the swimming pool in their other hotel which was just a minute walk.

"Great Stay in a well maintained hotel"

We really enjoyed our stay at Citadines. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The room was spacious with new amenities. The room came with an iron and ironing board which was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us suggestions on places to go. The breakfast was also good. The location was close to malls and easy to move around with a Grab to hotspots. Overall we enjoyed our stay
