Excellent staff. Well-trained reception staff, kind, caring and helpful. Restaurant staff at breakfast were also attentive. Location is great and the building itself preserves the old shop house facades. Facilities are new.

- The lobby is very pleasant and well decorated - The bed is confortable - The beakfast is nice and the area is confortable

The room is tiny even if we were "upgraded to and executive room". They give us a room with a connected door at the very end of the corridor next to the area where the cleaners organise their work ( so noisy from side to side). The window was facing the breakfast area everyone can see us in the room so the curtains need to remain closed all the time. When we asked to change the room multiple time, they ignored our request only at the last night they mentioned that we could change the room ( too late)
