Very good hotel , in a luxury category. Reception area was very posh and staff were very friendly. Restaurant was great. Good selection of food at reasonable price. Room was clean and with all amenities. Beds comfortable. Room service was very good. On site SPA is excellent.

Small room for 3 adults. Additional temporary rollup bed provided was okay. Wasn't discomforting but not as good as regular bed.

"Exceptional hotel that took us by surprise with their quality of service"

Great quality property - we were impressed with the attention given to to every detail. Staff was always helpful - and on out first day, the chef made us an Assamese meal because we mentioned that the local food in the menu was not tempting and didn’t even charge for it fully. Also, the hotel Assamese silk shop is wonderful

The property doesn’t have any space around - one steps out almost on the highway. The good things about that is chances of getting stuck in the dreaded Guwahati traffic is not there.
