Rude staff in Room Dinning, Asked for basic cookies, they lrpt ne on hold fiscussing that wldnt serve cookies without Tea. And as if i asked for Free, she put the phone down as i was talking . Red flag as you cnt disconnect having conversation going on, and second posts calling she was very crude to talk and inspite asking multiple time to connect me to Supervisor or Manager i wasnt connected to anyone.. Hospitality bussiness is just not structural appearances staff shld be trained well to be polite. Worst and bad

I checked in @ 11:45 pm Hotel was stinking as AC were off

Standard hotel.Services are standard. Housekeeping staff is prompt also. The staff at the restaurant is great especially Bidyut and Sunil.

The reception was more like they were doing us a favor. We greeted them and they didn't care. The ladies at reception seemed stressed or overworked. Even if you call the reception from the room, they will pick the call and say "yes" and nothing else. I guess greetings and general hello is not a part of their training. There was also a slight stench in the bathroom. Also ask them in advance for a non-smoking room. We were with a child and we got a smoking room We checked rates on the day and found that the rate we paid without breakfast was more than the rate with breakfast on that day. Please check this also in advance on booking.com as you might end up paying more.

Lovely staff, very clean and gorgeous breakfast.

Stay was great and that property was overpriced and not value for money at this price point. Breakfast was delicious and all staff was friendly
