"No hot water available for 3 days stay on 14 degree winter, 2nd feb lady manager was rude."

The restaurant food was amazing and the spa staff was very good

The hot water was not working at all for last 3 days and weather was 14 degrees , we had to bath with cold water and we kept complaining , the wifi was disconnecting constantly.The lady manager working on 2nd feb 2025 at afternoon 1 pm was very rude and she didnt even bothered that there was not hot water she was defending teh situtaion by satying that these all things can happen which iwas in shock , she was saying we cant do anything about it and full careless attutude by her .
