Mint House Birmingham - Downtown

Having the stocked kitchen with w/d was a definite plus.The property is quite and comfortable. Better parking is needed though.

Very convenient. Love the location and the common chill area on street level is amazing great place to get work done read or just catch a vibe and shoot some selfies for your social also the Roku smart tvs give you ccess to your streaming apps only complaint is the email containing room number and door code seems to far too long to receive and so I’ve had to wait outside for half hour unable to check in so for people thst book the day of check in be prepared for the reservation and self check in process online to take close to an hour much longer than the check in experience at typical hotel with onsite staff I don’t like having to do the self check in process every time it seems like there should be more convenient less time consuming process for return and frequent guests I wish it was a little more affordable closer to one hundred per night

It was clean and super cute! We had a cute kitchen with a two story living room. Security measures excellent. Great communication of check in process. Parking was close. Would recommend bringing a wagon to move personal items from car to room.

Mint House in Birmingham, AL was an excellent choice for us! It was our first time staying there and we were pleasantly surprised by the useful amenities they offer. We loved the full size kitchen and having access to a washer and dryer in our room! Check-in instructions were easy to follow. The room was very clean and cozy! We will definitely be staying there next time we’re in Birmingham!

The property and location were fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The noise outside of the building was terrible. We heard sirens throughout the night and couldn't sleep well due to the noise outside our window. We could hear cars driving by constantly. Our room was located facing the main road and it made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The stay was wonderful - check in was a little difficult as there was an issue with the original room assigned to me but there was a rep on site who corrected it immediately and got me settled in another room. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Located in a busy strett the rooms don’t have proper soundproofing. Also blackout curtains is the only option for window covering so you’re either dark or fully visible if you’re on a lower floor.
