1. Compfortable bed a duvet cover 2. Hot water for a shower

1. No desk 2. No heater 3. No hairdryer 4. Really poor quality toilet paper 5. Had to phone around to hand back the keys 6. Mirror in the bathroom for tall people only.

The location was great and so was the apartment with all the appliances etc. I will use it again as it is a very safe environment.

There was no hairdryer or heater, and the apartment is very cold due to no sunshine coming into the apartment. The bedding sheets were clean, but the duvet and pillow inners need cleaning. There was no new soap/shampoo.

The privacy, and professionalism from the security staff and property coordinator. Great place when you are traveling for work.

Great location, very secure, nicely decorated and perfect size. Margot was amazing, always answered queries quickly and efficiently. Will definitely stay there again.
