The fact that I paid on line and then received a message about cleaning deposit... there was nothing on site about cleaning deposit after I paid the full amount... the person refused to give me the access if I did not pay the cleaning amount up front.... got an access pin after I paid it ... got.there and there was no electricity... only to find out later that no units were in the meter ... was a terrible experience espically as you cannot convey your disappointment to booking.com

Location and security excellent

No daily cleaning of the apartments and towels has to selfwashed to reuse. We had to self clean for the amount charged deserve better.
