Location is good. Complex is secure.

The unit was not cleaned properly and is lacking attention to detail. Most expensive accommodation on our trip for the least amenities and comforts. Bedding not properly provisioned. Furnishing and finishes in the living areas need to be better appointed. The admin of paying the balance should be done through the app to make it easier for traveling guests.

It looks neat. Quiet and relaxing in the day.

When the lights went out, tiny cockroaches came out. Direction to the key should be more clearer. i.e back of the apartment

The place was good and the location is excellent. I wish I could go there again.

The only thing that confused me was when I was reading the house rules. I saw that I have to pay R250.00 for cleaning. Once I paid the accommodation I thought I paid it all and it's not clear when you book that you have to pay R250.00 for cleaning. Solutions. They can add the cleaning fee to the once off money that you must pay when you are booking on booking.xom

Location was very convenient.

Please kindly change the heater it's not warm at all, please that blue blanket, please have a flease blanket around to snuggle.
