Personeel niet opgeleid tot behoren. Welkomstdrank om 16.00 u niet meer gekregen, bar was al dicht. Rekening klopte niet van ontbijt. Bijbetalen voor alles. 1 glas op terras boven laten staan en moest bijna betalen omdat inventaris niet klopte op de kamer. Er zijn betere accomodaties in Antiqua. Overrated. Was blij dat we naar andere accomodatie mochten. Geen goede sfeer.

Room wasn't cleaned 2 days out of 5. We were asked if we could let then have access for 3 hours the first morning to fix a problem ( unspecified) and after 4 hours they were still in the room. When we were given access it hadn't been cleaned. Next day it was also left uncleaned until we asked. Breakfast is good but not served until 8 with very weak coffee. Lacking in atmosphere and rooms smelled musty. We had booked a second stay before our first one. Otherwise we would not have returned. Dark room with ac unit ventilated through window into courtyard. Atmosphere lacking, staff seemed bored and mainly chatting to each other. Rooms look good but lacking facilities eg hooks to dry towels, minibar or coffee making. For the price, you can get much better. The location is excellent.

Overpriced, expensive and small room for the price

I absolutely loved this stay. The staff is top-tier. They are friendly, professional, welcoming, and extremely responsive. They will take care of everything for you. My only problem was the water. The water pressure was extremely low the entire time there. I’m learning that that is normal for that area. But I’m not sure if that’s true. If we had proper water pressure and didn’t need to run the water for 20 minutes before it heat it up it would have been a perfect stay. Breakfast comes with this stay and the breakfast is phenomenal. They also organized our spa treatment, which was exceptional. The location isn’t luxurious, but the experience is top-tier.

I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower. Or the fact that we had to warm up the water for 20 minutes.

Kellie, head desk, went the extra mile helping book trips, directions to Whats App and more. The property is in the center close to attractions. The property itself is a renovated ruin.
