The hotel is charming, quaint and beautiful. Don't miss the special Wednesday Chef's showcase dinner. Outdoor rooftop bar seemed closed during my stay in the evenings. Kelyn was attentive and extremely helpful. Always available to assist with a kindness and a smile. Defintely get a massage at the spa after you hike Acatenango. Hot water needs to run 3-5 minutes before getting hot in the shower. Wasn't a big issue once I was aware of it.

We had a great stay at Mestizo! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help including organizing transfers. The location is excellent and walkable to everything. There are lovely restaurants surrounding and the rooms are beautiful. The rooftop is a real highlight. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location, small bathroom, service average, not so great.

La ubicación. El tamaño de la habitación está bien y la cama es cómoda.

El hotel no vale lo que te lo cobran. Los espacios comunes no son acogedores para quedarse. Desayuno muy básico. Solo escalera. Aire acondicionado portátil, hay que dejar la ventana abierta. Baño y ducha súper pequeños.

El servicio es excelente, todos muy amables. El hotel es muy bonito aunque pequeño. La habitación de muy buen tamaño, cama super cómoda y limpia. El menú es muy limitado pero los platillos son muy ricos.

Julio y todo el personal son extremadamente amables, hicieron la estadía para mi y mis padres una gran experiencia, las habitaciones las mantuvieron limpias siempre, el desayuno excelente

Pretty decent stay. Well decorated hotel. Front desk staff is awesome. Shout out to Julio! Breakfast might be slow if a lot of people so plan accordingly and leave plenty of time. Good area to walk around. Definitelt recommend.
