J-Tower Apartments

Property was ok but air conditioner was not working host was not receiving calls

First host was not receiving our calls and we booked two apartment but he only provided one apartment air conditioner not working very disappointed with property and host

Flat was well situated it is across the road from Mahane Yehuda I

Location was perfect. The apartment had a great view. Nice and updated. The hosts were so accommodating. Easy to reach and pleasant to deal with! Overall was a great experience and will definitely be staying there again.

Washing machine had a funny smell.

They did not give us the access to the apartment as they themselves said it would be 24 hours before. In fact, we had to contact their customer service several times to get them to send us the access details to the apartment. There was no TV. There were no pillows and blankets for each bed. I don't think the price they are asking is worth what we got in the end.

Almost a new apartment with a good view

The maintenance was not good, not looking care for properly

There was no breakfast included- kitchen was adequate but no cutting board, paper towels, dish towels, or napkins

There was no city view (as described), no soap in the bathroom, no dishwasher soap or washing machine soap. The no soap in the bathroom was a pretty basic item to supply. The rest we could manage on our own. We’ve stayed in this building before in a much nicer unit that was as described and fully supplied. The location is the best and parking garage a real plus.
