Ironwoods on Blueberry Hill Whistler

The instructions were not clear. The parking lot and facade of the apartment, entrance or driveway are all so bad. There should be a clear and solid warning that there is construction in almost all parts of the apartment and driveway entrance is too narrow so only one car can enter at a time and the car has to be driven reverse to make its way out. The toilet in master bedroom was very bad, because the flush gets clogged and there is a plumb provided which we believe the building manager is aware and just decided to leave the plumb anyway. This should be immediately fixed. Otherwise, the unit is well maintained, very clean and spacious. The place is promising, management just needs better communication, facility management. Bottom line that have to maintain cleanliness of the overall common facilities from parking lot, lift, hallways.

Goid beds, solid bathrooms, and parking.

Our arrival was a nightmare. No one sent us the promised arrival instructions. The Booking.com staff were very rude when I tried to inquire, I eventually found the right people to call. They openly gave me someone elses private information, which I believed to be very unprofessional. A good portion of the building was under construction, which did negatively impact my experience. Overall, I would not recommend booking.com or Ironwoods.

A lot of construction, the room OK but grounds looked shoddy, construction materials a bit of a hazard in the parkade and lobby. Pool turned out to be closed after all when we had been told it was open

The housekeepers were still cleaning the room when we arrived at 4:30pm (check in was at 4pm). Hit tub access was through the parking garage which was hazardous for families with young children and just weird in general. Building is very outdated.

Spacious and comfortable bed

Arrival process was painful- need to go in the village They could not find my reservation and were not helpful to deal with the situation. Had to argue to have them find my reservation. Spa and pool not available now- this is a change from the time I proceed with the booking.

Having 2 beds and baths. Kitchen was nice. Secure parking. Staff was very helpful.

Under construction not finished. Instruction on codes not working first time.Couch not comfortable, too hard.
