Ironwoods on Blueberry Hill Whistler

This condo unit is spacious and beautiful on the inside. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking meals. The bed in the master is very comfortable. We can’t speak to the other bedroom given we didn’t use it. The living room is great for hanging out and enjoying a movie. The location is central to all things happening in and around Whistler.

At this time, the building exterior is being replaced and is under construction. While we were informed prior to booking, neither we nor the booking manager realized the impact it would have to the exterior of the unit. The booking manager was very understanding and accommodating. We recommend checking on the timeline and progress of the construction prior to your stay.

Amazing view, great flat, hot tub and pool and bbq area were fantastic

We were told there would be 'some building works and noise' when we booked and this was reflected with a reduced price. However, we weren't told the entire facade was covered in blue mesh, MDF and scaffolding. builders were drilling literally on our balcony at 8am on Monday morning (they don't work at weekends). The property provider did move us to an alternative flat which was great but an inconvenience, definitely beware that you have no view, the noise is insane and the balcony is non existent. Spoke with some owners in the block and the works will go on for 1-2 years so expect this for a while. They may move off the balcony to another spot in the development in time but beware, it is very noisy!
