Everything especially the view from the top! Most comfortable bed, pillows and comforter I’ve ever used! Wonderful hospitable kind helpful clean professional staff! Thank You All! Great food! The manager is excellently helpful!

Excellent location and staff, super clean rooms, cold ac, great breakfast, awesome rooftop chill area. Don't like the wet bath style shower, but it is very clean.

The bed was comfortable and AC was cool, the hotel near every places in thamel. Mr. Ram the manager he was very kind with us he give us late check out I am really appreciated for that, the staff was high experience level and they take care about us during our stay specially the guy in the night shift.

Everything! The room, the surroundings and especially the staff. They were so helpful and so supportive. We had a problem with a parcel that we send from Nepal to Europe and the manager and the rest of the staff took the time to help us, even if we had already checked out, and went in person to the post office to help us out. We are so grateful and so amazed by the beautiful gesture. This tells a lot about the hotel, since it’s not the facilities that makes a place special, but the people working there ☺️

The staff were extremely helpful with making sure our stay was comfortable and they also offer advice for Kathmandu and onward travel. The location is great on the Main Street and near restaurants, shops and a mini market for water etc, the view from the rooftop is one of the best and they serve food and drinks. Room was spotless, comfortable and big. Shower facilities worked brilliantly with hot and cold water. If it’s your first time in Kathmandu this would be the perfect place to stay, if not first time then stay anyway, we stayed in another hotel our previous time and it did not compare to this. If we come again we will stay here. Thank you to all staff :-)!
