"Disappointing"

Electricity went out a couple of times. They had to spray the upstair rooms with pesticide which left my room wrenching with a terrible smell for the whole day. It was basically unlivable, breathing in toxic fumes.

"Really friendly, great value, great location"

Really friendly staff- everyone made you feel especially welcome. 24hr reception. Brilliantly located in Thamel, and set back a little so that it was peaceful at night. Good breakfast options. We left our luggage here whilst away trekking which worked perfectly to come back for and stay again either side. Nice rooftop terrace to chill on.

Hotel location is very convenient, in the heart of Thamel district with many shops and good restuarants. Staff is very helpful & friendly

There is only lift and it's a bit slow but overall Ok
