"Excellent location in very picturesque spot."

Exceptional location, plenty of room and good facilities.

Heated towel rail got extremely hot and couldn’t turn it off. Also the mirror light in bathroom couldn’t be turned off. The amount of stairs to the apartment.

"Loved Richmond!"

the apartment was in a great location, it was clean and met most of our expectations.

I think there could have been a few more essential items such as cling wrap, kitchen paper towels etc given it was a fully equipped apartment. The lighting in the bedroom was not great for reading.

The flat is very nice and clean. Location is great. However, it is when weather is very hot, it can be inconvenient although it has a standing fan. It may need an AC.

"Great spot ruined by noise"

Great apartment in a perfect location. My only issue was the noise from the pub in the alley. It was very loud on the weekend and a few nights during the week.
