The apartment was wonderful.

Only thing that would make it better is knowing there was no lift - I would have requested to go on 1st floor.

Location was great, right in the centre of Richmond. Bed was comfy, and there was a large walk-in shower. Self check-in was very convenient.

Living room was smaller than pictured, with tiny sofas. The fridge was very noisy, as was the cocktail bar opposite at the weekend. Cleaner only visited once in the week.
