A truly wonderful place to stay for a short term rental. Lots of space, clean and super comfortable. Amazing bed too! The immediate area as perfect and this works for short term and long term. The only challenge is that if you are planning to bring a large suitcase or multiple suitcases with you, unfortunately there is no elevator. You will need to lift it up four flights of narrow stairs, and so hopefully they're light or you have people to help you carry. Otherwise, the place is very ideal!

Very clean, very comfortable. Wi-Fi speeds are very fine. And best of all, the location is amazing!

I was not able to receive access information for flat entry up to 48 hours in advance. Finally, I was able to receive access information by email a few hours before my arrival.This meant. This is too late, in my opinion. I would like more towels to be prepared.

Spacious apartment in a great location, short walking distance from London station for train and tube transport. Clean and well equiped. Lots of places for breakfast and diner in the area.

We had not received instructions on how to collect the keys but managed to speak to a kind lady on the emergency number. On the first day there was a bad smell of the drains but after a couple of hours that was gone. The mattress could have been more comfortable.

Fantastic location, nice and spacious, easy to access, a variety of appliances and other things I needed (laundry hamper, laundry rack, iron, etc). Very convenient and good value for money

There was no frying pan, which seemed a bit strange

Its location was perfect. Had all the kitchen appliances need and a good size. The guest relations lady, Maria saw super helpful and went out of her way to sort all our queries out.

The bed was small for us as we are tall people. Small issue - no toilet roll holder Would me nice to have more dishwasher tabs as we stayed there a week

Sofas are not comfortable. Dishwasher is very small, no extra dishwasher tabs or trash bags.
