The manager was very friendly. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable

20 minute drive to Dover International Speedway. Walking distance to pharmacy, dollar general and Celtic Pub. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The room was small and sparsely furnished but was very clean and the owner is a very attentive and friendly person.

Manager was very pleasant and courteous. Unfortunately, he has nothing to work with in a run down facility that should be removed from orbitz as their prices are unjustifiabley the same as a well-established chain as comfort Inn and Suites. Not safe for single females or family with children as it appears to have vagrants hanging around the facility, and large gaps between the door and wall to allow in insects and inclimate weather into the room. Bathtub bears stains that even insustrial cleaners could have trouble removing. Would not pit my foot in it. Because it was a no refund booking, I did not get upset at the office manager since itbwasnt his fault the buildinf should not be on the Orbitz platform. I just packed up and booked another room elsewhere.
