Very personable host, while this is clearly a very simple stop over on the way somewhere, the owners paid attention to details and had the newest freshest linens.

The owner/staff is very friendly. I would stay here again. Room was very clean. We were here for a long weekend to watch the races; it is very convenient to the track and was more than reasonable on the wallet. The bathroom is small and outdated but it was clean and served it purpose. I would like to say thank you to the staff again!

The front desk clerk was very responsive and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming for us when we arrived. Our only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin so that you can hear neighbors outside and nextdoor if they are loud.

Door knob needs replaced on the room key doesn’t go in correctly, $50 deposit to ensure you don’t smoke in room. Clean otherwise

Very friendly and helpful owner but room definitely needs more modernization and maintenance. Huge rust stain in tub. Not advised of drain close/open lever though others may have had problems, resulting in a foot bath instead of a real shower. Paid high $65 w/military discount but we later stayed at other motels during road trip paying less with MUCH better conditions and appearance.

I gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero. I booked a room here and they didn't honor it. I had a tournament to play in the area and by the time I found out they didn't honor my booking there were no hotels available. Made me furious as I was traveling from San Francisco the day I found out.

I stayed most of April 2017 and May of 2017. The manager and his family are very polite, friendly and helpful. The rates are reasonable and the rooms are always clean and welcoming! I personally am pleased with the security on the premises and how well it is monitored by the manager, when or if a problem arises he is very quick to resolve the issue and that helps me sleep better at night! The only thing I would like to see change is check-out time, instead of 10:00 AM check-out should be at 11:00 AM which is the standard check-out time at almost every motel in the world but other than that it is a great place to stay!

We went down for the NASCAR race in Dover. It was conveniently located on the same route as the track. Definitely needs updating. Stained chairs, patches on walls even the toilet seat fell off at one point. The staff was very pleasant, gave us extra pillows when we asked, "no problem you drive safe" is the reply I got when I phoned them about arriving at 2am. Overall, I would stay there again if I had to for the closeness to stores, restaurants and the casino.

I was very surprised by the cleanliness of the Inn. The patrons are very nice and very accommodating. Love the close proximate to everything. The room was extremely roomy and it was great to have WiFi that was dependable. I would stay there again.

My wife and stayed here for a two week period while we were waiting on our apartment to be ready. It was clean and felt fairly safe. They do not service the room every day. You can exchange towels and sheets at the office. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. We paid extra for my service dog because I did not have my paperwork with me. They have two different size rooms. It was not a bad choice.
