"Very pleasant with only a couple of glitches."

The location is perfect for visiting the area. Close to the New Forest and the coast. A comfortable and spacious room with beautiful antique furniture.

For the third time in a row, we were placed in a roadside room. Extremely noisy. The cleaning wasn't up to it's usual standard.

"Idyllic cottage break!"

Felt like we were living in a dream. Both the cottage and gardens were beautiful and very well kept. Felt like we were staying at a national trust property, loved listening to the birds in the woodland! Will definitely be returning.

I came across some reviews mentioning noise issues due to the location near the main street and complaints about the staff being rude. However, our experience was quite the opposite. We found the place really nice and comfortable. Even though we had a room on the street side, it was surprisingly quiet and cosy. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place.

"Solo traveller, walking the coastal path...."

Very conveniently situation to the main road for other desinations. Busy road and noisy even at night but not too much of a problem. On site food was very good and well staffed.

A small single very close to the A35. Very hot weather. Windows and curtains left wide open. No fan although in room details and requested specifically.
