Fridge was broken and I had to wait up for maintenance. The room location was loud all night and floors very dirty in hallways. The hall was also smelly.

Ed at Valet did an amazing job assisting us with our bags. He was kind and polite, always willing to help from check in to check out.

Location 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Overall feel of hotel 10/10 We came for our anniversary and it was a very great trip! The firepits made for an intimate atmosphere. Receptionist helped my hubby surprise me with roses when we got back from our anniversary dinner. Enjoyed our stay so much we've reserved a room for kids fall break. Hotel restaurant apps and food were very good. I would suggest bringing your own pool towels. In room toiletries have a very earthy smell to them if thats not your thing.

Paying $20 a day for parking. Reserved a King Suite... bed was most definitely a Queen. Sheets were uncomfortable, scratchy and felt cheep - will bring my own next time we come. Went to use the shampoo on the last morning and it was empty. Dried out dog poop in a few places around the grass area of pool deck.

The scenery was fantastic! Convince was Outstanding! Breakfast was Outstanding! The beach 🏖️ was phenomenal... however, BYOC they charge to sit on the beach chairs! Loved the Golf Cart Rentals for cruising around the city...

Bed was Hard, had bad backache waking up each morning. Parking fee was ridiculous. If someone is paying this amount of money to stay why charge to park in the parking lot of the hotel you're lodging in. Makes no sense! So many of HIDDEN FEES. We didn't find out about the deposit PER NIGHT until our check in at desk!

The staff was great and friendly.
