Beautiful hotel. Devin W helped with our parking and bags and he was awesome. Great location. Loved the free happy hour and the yard games.

Staff was extremely helpful at all times and location was amazing.

You have to purchase a lot of things i feel like should come as an amenity due to how much people pay to stay there. Also should be more towels provided at the pool.

Great location just a walk away from Pier park. Very clean hotel breakfast is great Blu restaurant and patio lounge area is so relaxing. The fire pits at night are warm and cozy. Valet guys are always on. Kids love the little movie nights

Great amazing perfect awesome

The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to Pier Park. The rooms and the rest of the facility was very clean. The beds and pillows were perfect.

We arrived early so our room wasn't ready yet. We chcked.in and the guy at the desk said he'd call to let me know when my room was ready. Three hours later around 3 pm, and no call or text. We finally went back to the hotel and were.told our room was ready. They were having problems with the room key/cards so a manager had.to escort us to our room to let us in. We were told to return to the front desk at around.8 or 9pm to have our room keys activated. A few hours later upon returning from dinner we stopped at the front desk to have our room keys activated. When we explained to the woman we dealt with at the desk that we were told to come back. She said she didn't understand why we were told to come back to the desk? But, she activated our keys.
