Property was located across a busy 2-lane city street from the beach with no convenient crosswalk. I had to walk 1/4 mile from parking lot at hotel with all our beach equipment.🤬

Upon check in the staff was VERY PLEASANT, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY.

I didn’t like the carpet in the hallways on the first floor it’s time the change it.

The staff exceeded my expectations. Very kind and accommodating.

The temperature inside the room and hallways were extremely hot. The breakfast experience was amazing however when you sit down to enjoy your food the gnats were annoying.

The only thing I really liked was the lobby entrance—it was beautiful and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay did not live up to that.

I was honestly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was not up to the standard I expected, which immediately affected my overall experience. The pool hours were also very limited, making it hard to actually enjoy the amenities. On top of that, there were no towels available at the pool, which was inconvenient and frustrating. It also seemed like the hotel might have been short-staffed. You could feel it in the level of service, and my room wasn’t even ready at the designated check-in time, which was a big inconvenience after arriving. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements are made in cleanliness, staffing, and guest services.

Faucet leaked and bathroom sink slow to drain. Onsite maintenance reported they were currently replacing all faucets and drains and that our only fix was to wrap a towel around faucet and to disassemble the drain
