Embassy Suites By Hilton Panama City Beach Resort

Stayed 2 nights. Checked in Friday at 4. Checked out Sunday morning at 9. No hot water Saturday after all day at beach and then again Sunday morning. Thought it would have been better considering it’s a Hilton. No one came up to try to fix or check. It’s like they didn’t care. Crazy for the money we spent on a 2 br suite. Definitely chose somewhere else.

I guess the pool area

The staff just didnt seem to want to be helpful. I had 2 request before I checked in thru there website, booking.com and even calling... no reply until after I checked out. And staff I asked before hand and whike chexking in, couldn't accommodate. . They put us in a room next to a yappy dog and didnt do anything about it. Not even offer to move us or them. They dogs are suppose to be on 1 St floor. We were in 4th. Love embassy, but this one , no. 38.00 for 2 beers and a rum and coke ! Really Not going back!

At best this was an average stay. I understand these are holiday hotels and they are super busy but aren’t they supposed to be prepared for it?? Valet guys were great! Room service was very very average. So bad that even the empty glass was left where ever it was. Cold shower as well, we normally always like Embassy suits so was a bit surprised!

Right across from the beach, next to Pier Park, amenities were great.

Breakfast buffet was not the best except for the chef making omelets. Everything else tasted stale, no flavor or felt hard almost rubbery. More food options overall

No hot water. Bed was very uncomfortable

Location, free breakfast.

AC isn’t great in the rooms. Didn’t cool off our room very well. The fence was broken to the patio which was a safety risk for our four year old son… since the fence opens to the pool.
