You are not going to get an email with your access to the location until after your check in time which is at 4pm. However staff was nice enough to leeave our luggage at the reception area. Contact the host after you book and let them know you need the access information at least 30 min before check in. great location. I am going to book it again for 2 weeks in August

The shower water was little cold. perhaps they can turn up the heater in the condo. Just let the host i am sure that is not going to be a problem

Les hôtesses d acceuil super,l appart en sois super,très bon endroit

L hygiène sur les serviettes de bains on a demandé si on pouvait nous changer les serviettes personnes et Venu on a gardé nos serviettes 9 jours donc sur ça laisse a désirer et l accueil du premier soir ou on arrive de 16 h d avion le code de la boîte à clés été pas bon,la sécurité pouvait rien faire, personne repondé

Location,roof top pool,building staff very nice.

Sauna out of order. Cleaning lady implied it has been out of service for some time. No bedding for sofa bed the first night. Had to sleep the first night using a towel as a blanket. Day 2 is when bedding arrived. Safe not working. Private pool on patio was dirty and unusable. Cigarette buts floating in it.
