El departamento es excelente, está hecho con un muy buen gusto y calidad. Es muy espacioso y cómodo. El condominio cuenta con gimnasio y pileta y está muy bien ubicado, a un paso de la 5ta avenida que es una maravilla, cerca de la playa y un supermercado. Mari, la recepcionista, es muy amable.

Lo único que no me gustó fue la relación con el anfitrión. Antes de llegar al departamento me llamó muchas veces porque me quería ofrecer un taxi desde el aeropuerto carísimo. Después de rechazarlo dejó de responder. Le escribí porque faltaba un cuchillo y en vez de traerme uno, como cabría de esperar, me pedía una foto. Todavía no entiendo para qué. Solamente por esto no le pongo un 10. Hubiese sido lindo al llegar encontrar azúcar, aceite y otras cosas que facilitan la estancia.

Quite a nice hotel in good location with great price for a value.

All fine as for a hotel except of one fact: Writing you the instructions for check-in they also mentioning that I can rent the car from their partners. So, I did for 1 day, also putting the 400 USD as a deposit. While I returned a car everything was OK and I was told that my deposit will be returned in 3-5 days. But in 5 days my deposit was not only returned - they charged another 40 USD on top, so stolen 440 USD from my card. I felt OK to use tat services as it was recomended by the Hotel. But now I see that this Hotel recomend you the SCAM services, so most likely is a accomplice in a fraud.

"lokalita skvela, ale nepohodli a hluk"

Skvela lokalita, bazen, okoli a mile recepcne :) hezky na oko vypadajici pokoj.

Postel na pokoji 211, absolutne prolezena, hluk z chodeb, nejen ubytaovanych ale i personalu. EXTREMNE zapachajici odpad ! security slecna nevrla, az neprijemna. fitko ? krom 4 jednorucek, pas nefungoval. nic vic tam nebylo, kolo ktere fungovalo na polovinu. zklamani z oznaceni “gym”, kor kdyz vas tam pokazde chodi kybicovat slecna security , ze se vlastne nic nemuze… televize na pokoji 211 tak nefukcna.

"Prima locatie en net gebouw. Heerlijk dakterras."

Schone kamers met voldoende faciliteiten. Dakterras is comfortabel.

Kinderbed was niet opgemaakt bij late aankomst. Toilet spoelde niet door. Met de melding werd niets gedaan. Wij moesten daardoor uitwijken naar het zwembad toilet. Douche/toilet biedt weinig privacy vanwege glazen deuren. Geen parkeerplaats in garage, dus telkens de parkeermeter vullen (max 6 uur)

Nice property, close to 5th ave and walking distance to the beach. Very safe with 24h concierge

I wish I had an extra bed sheet to change but that’s it.
