The guest suites are great for short stays or even week long stays. Full size refrigerator and washer and dryer in the rooms.

Washer/dryer in room. Kitchenette in room. Quiet. Coffee shop/bakery on site but does not open until 8:00 am. Ceiling fans. Ice maker in refrigerator in room. Coffee maker in room. In room wifi.

No reserved parking area for check-in. Non-availability of luggage cart for check out before 10:00 am. Requirement to remove trash before checkout but no direction on where to place it. No liner in bathroom trash can. Only one plate in one bedroom suite only 2 plates in two bedroom suite but no silverware. Toiletries. available for one person one day only but told not necessary to bring toiletries because they would be available. No paper towels in one bedroom and only 6 sheets in two bedroom. Difficult to regulate thermostat for temperature control. Low water pressure in shower. No step stool to get into very high bed. Contemporary furniture uncomfortable. Booked 2 suites well in advance but could not get them on the same floor. Pet hair on sofa and pet food on floor in laundry closet. 3 nights stay but no towel refresh. Coffee/tea for one day only but not refreshed. Only one dining chair. Difficult to watch tv. No available channels. We usually stay in Residence Inn but tried this. Probably won't come back or recommend to friends.

Great and efficient.

We stayed here while visiting our student daughter. The kitchen makes it great value. The smell of the coffee shop downstairs is wonderful! Blueberry pastry is delicious. Loved having a full size washing machine.

I like that there was a locker/dropbox for room key when the staff was not around. But the communication can definitely be improved.

Love the setup of room with kitchenette and washer and dryer. Room was not that clean. Had to wipe down and spray aall areas. Found hair on tub and bedside table and floor. Price is reasonable for stay. This could eadily be a 5 star rating if place was cleaner.

The manager was not available … Any request takes 2-3 days for response. It was better in Dec 2024 there was a front desk lady . Nice place just need more hotel staff and clean couches in apartments.

Clean, decent size room

It is not a hotel, it is rather an appertment complex that rents out units that are currently empty. There is a long list of standard hotel utilities that are not present. Like there is no on reception most of the time, there is no free breakfast or even coffee, there is a gym but you have no access to it and so on..
