This was a great place to stay while visiting University of Illinois. Easy to get there, great cafe in the lobby. Clean quiet, pleasant. Nice to have laundry in my room.

No one at the deskand poor communicaton. Not able to access facilities including gym. No house keeping service. Had to ask to change towel everyday.

I want a refund We couldn’t stay there because of the smoke.

Location and the lobby coffee shop

Reserved a room with 2 beds and got a room with 1 bed. Kitchen was dirty. Previous tenants garbage was there. Dishes dirty. Broken dishwasher (maintenance had to come to fix) not enough Kitchen tools. No skillet. No toaster. Asked for one and got a broken toaster. One dish only. Broken fire alarm in bedroom with cables hanging out. No TV remote, had to request one. Very dirty sofa dug out some lost items from Previous occupants and handed it to reception. Had to lay down clean sheets on sofa in able to set on it.

Very clean and well-kept. Compared to other places it us a great place to stay

Sofa horrible, the rest of the suite was wonderful. Perfect for long stay, lots of storage. Great washer and dryer. Could use more pots and pans. And glass stove top cleaner. Bake Lab was a real positive, super morning and lunch pastries.

Staff, location, parking. Cleanliness (except for sofa) TV in every room Large bathrooms

Lack in necessary kitchen equipments (No can opener. No cutting knives.....) Sofa if very dirty. Only 2 coffee packs, the kind which is not available in the market. No coffee filters No coffee machine (espressos)

Comfortable stay. Clean room, very good kitchen facility. Washer, Dryer were very useful in-room facilities.

Check-in is at limited hours. Would recommend that one should check with them if arriving late. Shower gel, shampoo, etc are normally expected, we had to buy since they had provided small tubes.
