Yugo Guest Suites

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent. I would stay there again. But the room had an odd configuration so that you can’t watch tv from the bed or the sofa. I ended up pulling the sofa out to the middle of the room so I could watch a movie in comfort. The TV was confusing - some directions would help. I couldn’t figure out how to watch ESPN so just gave up. To watch a movie on Netflix you have to log in to your personal account. The thermostat was wonky - directions would help here too. I’d try to turn up the heat, but it never got to the warmer temperature. So my stay was good, but not great.

It was clean quite overall wonderful

The property is generally great. However, the front desk operating time is really limited. It may not be a good choice for those who require more flexibilities or assistances by the desk.

Privacy was good. Hostess was very nice!

Only great part is the BakeLab within the facility.

The personnell were very unorganized & impersonal. about a week or two before arriving my daughter sent an email to see if we could have our rooms on same floor. The person she communicated with said they would leave a message for us to have our rooms on the same floor since we were traveling together, but we’re paying for separate rooms. The person she spoke with said that they would make arrangements for us to be on the same floor when we arrive to check in we found that one of us was on the third floor and one of us was on the fourth floor. Also, we noted that there were no forks. in the kitchen in one of the rooms in which we were staying, my daughter, made a special trip downstairs and spoke with someone and was told they would find some forks and bring them up if they could find them. We never saw any forks. The rooms were clean, but the personnel were unfriendly. I believe if a person is paying for a room they should be at least acknowledged and that did not happen. Like I said you’re pretty much on your own would have to think twice about making a reservation at this facility.

So very clean and new. It was close to campus and provided parking, had a cute new kitchen with a full size frig! It was great!

The Bakelab cafe in the lobby has excellent pastries and coffee drinks. This place has a great vide. The only minor issue was the lack of hot water in the kitchen sink in the studio unit i rented for 2 nights. All else was ex ellent!

No body at front desk when check-in or out.
