Nice room, clean, convient to campus and hospitals

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the pastry/coffee store downstairs.

Our room was so dusty my wife and I decided to use our wet wipes to clean. The fans had a thick layer of dust. To the point when we turned them on chunks were falling off onto the bed. Couch had food crumbs everywhere.

- For a place with two bedrooms, more seating in living area would be appreciated (i.e. a chair in addition to the sofa) - Beds are very high/hard to get into & not very comfortable - Bedrooms are very small in comparison to bathrooms...space configured is strange

I’ve stayed here a few times when visiting my son at U of I & overall, like it. Minor things I don’t like - but would not stop me from staying again - 1. The AC kept turning off when the temp hit a certain level & I woke up at night very warm every night: 2. One of the bathroom drawers was broken during our last stay; 3. The layout of the studio suite prevents you from easily watching TV while laying in bed because there is a big cabinet in the way. 4. You have to bring your own blow dryer. Things I like - 1. Overall clean & modern decor; 2. Easy parking. 3. Close to U of I; 4. Nice bakery on 1st floor but pricey, but there’s also an Einstein Bagels across the street. 4. Full size frig & kitchen & washer/dryer.

Well-equipped, moderately-priced, modern studio with an easy walk to the university. Minor bummers: the coffee shop downstairs has only paper cups, so one can't enjoy an espresso properly. Windows don't open (but AC works well and quietly). Would stay again, happily.

Well maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again if we’re in the area.

No one at desk for check in even though I was in the specified time zone. No signage to indicate where to go. Seemed over priced for what was available. Should have stayed in a hotel for not much more. Ok if you need a kitchen

Excellent Stay overall. I wish there was housekeeping.
