Overall the resort was clean and the staff were nice.

The food was terrible! We tried every restaurant and the food was horrible. We were upgraded to preferred members and the only thing that was better was the alcohol choices. We left a day early due to the food we received, and our neighbors having sex in front of our room. It was two men and one woman. We had upgraded to a swim up for no reason because we were scared to get in the water once we seen the neighbors doing discussing things in the water. I felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave.

"Bel hôtel récent avec tout le confort"

L’hôtel est superbe, le personnel agréable, il y a beaucoup de piscines et de restaurants.

Attention si vous avez une chambre à Casa Zamna ou vue mer ! C’est le beach club qui est paradisiaque mais vous serez donc à 20 minutes du Resort, un shuttle passe seulement toutes les 30 minutes et il y en pas le soir entre 19h et 22h. Vous n’avez qu’un seul restaurant à Casa Zamna que nous n’avons pas aimé et il y a 2 petites piscines qui sont accessibles par tous les clients du resort donc vous n’avez aucun sentiment d’exclusivité premium comme on vous le vend. De plus à Casa Zamna pas de salle de sport ni de spa. Bref, vous êtes au calme et dans une ambiance plus intime car seulement 20 chambres mais moins de services et de choix. Nous n’avons pas aimé donc nous avons demandé une autre chambre au Resort, ce qui a été accepté de suite. La chambre que nous avons était coté « prefered » et là vous avez un vrai sentiment d’exclusivité cohérent avec ce que vous avez payé : accès à une grande piscine avec restaurant/bar accessible uniquement par les chambres « prefered » et accès à tout le reste du resort normalement.
