"Great all inclusive resort."

Sensational all inclusive resort. Beautiful pools and every restaurants food was fantastic. General day to day staff were amazing, friendly and happy to help.

Wifi was terrible. I didn’t like some of the staff constantly trying to upsell certain features especially considering it was all inclusive. Had to avoid certain areas of the resort so not to run into them.

"Lovely hotel but don’t your belongings are not safe in your room!"

Lovely hotel, great location. Friendly staff

There were some maintenance issues in the room which the hotel fixed quickly. Our biggest concern is that we would not recommend you to leave anything at all that is special to you inside your room. Something really special to us was taken from our room halfway through our stay and this was never returned to us. The hotel staff informed us they were looking and that they would find the item but they never did. They also said they would remain in contact with us after we departed and would keep searching but we have not heard anything.
