The First Lady from staff, Karen was nice

The bathroom and there was no hot water

Staffs were nice. Clean bathrooms and room. Walking distance to the central, but bus terminal is a bit far. The traffic noise didn’t bother me to sleep.

Rooftop dining area was nice, but can’t stay longer at night because of mosquitoes.

The staff was amazing. I would recommend this hostel to all of my friends.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I was in Puebla for a few days with an expat friend who was receiving medical treatment. I slept there one night which was very clean and comfortable. The rest of my time in Puebla I slept at the hospital with my friend but knowing that this place was there for me to return to every day to shower and rest and knowing that my belongings were safety looked after made a world of difference to me. The staff was so welcoming to me every morning when I returned. It was so helpful for me to see their smiling faces after spending nights on the floor in the hospital. Thank you so much for all that you have done. I will never forget it.

The road nearby is really loud, there is not a single place in the hostel where you can get silence.
