"Good"

Very clean, lovely space.

It was very cold. Heating didn’t work and the radiators only heated up the bedroom. Meaning we didn’t use any other space but the bedroom and bathroom when needed. This also meant we spent more time out of the apartment, which we didn’t plan to do.

"Perfect stay in Edinburgh!"

Beautifull and clean apartment in the heart of Edinburgh! It has everything you need for a comfy city trip and is within walking distance from the old city centre. The apartment is really sound proof from outside noises. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Minor inconvenience was one of the neighbors who was watching loud TV every night till 05.00 AM. Earplugs recommended

"Great stay for our first time in Scotland"

The location was amazing, for everything was walking distance. I also appreciated the ammenities left for outlr use, such as the sugar and coffee packets.

The lock on the main building door was an issue, and we found ourselves struggling every day just to get in. Also, the door knob was loose.

"Good location and clean flat which was let down by noisy neighbours and ridiculous towels."

The property was in a good location a short walk from Waverley Station.

The property was noisy with people coming and going in the building, slamming doors. The upstairs neighbour kept his tv on all night and stomping around giving us little sleep. The towels provided are useless pieces of cloth that do not dry anything.

"Great spacious place to stay located in the heart of Edinburgh city"

location is really good. walking distance to Edinburgh railway station (5 minutes) and edinburgh castle (15 minutes). Supermarkets and cafes are located nearby. Apartment is having room, bathroom and living room with kitchen. All the facilities such as fridge, oven, cooker, iron etc. are available there.

It is bit difficult to open the main door for the first time. If you are going there put the key to the key hole halfway and turn clockwise. If you insert the key wholeway, it wont open.

"Lovely and Homely"

Very well appointed and homely, absolutely fantastic location and great facilities.

Be mindful there are many stairs, if you have suitcases. However the apartment is worth the exercise.
