Location and space in the flat, excellent apartment with lots of space and in a perfect location.

As with all the other reviews the front door key is a bit tricky to use, the doors in the stairwell slam loudly if you are not careful.

Great location, close to tram, bus and city centre. You have literally walking distance to every attraction/ must see point. The apartment is fully equipped. It has all you need to prepare breakfast (in general food). And even washing and drying machine to wash & dry your clothes. All about this property was great. Moreover, great contact with the owner. The only thing that bothered us, was a neighbour who every night turned on TV at 12am, put it on high volume and watched until 2/3am. If you are a heavy sleeper no problem otherwise you need to deal with it.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Edinburgh. Spacious lounge and kitchen, comfortable bedroom but really pokey bathroom which was a bit of a shame.

The two flights of stairs with luggage was a bit of a challenge for the grandparent, and the grout between the tiles in the tiny bathroom is also deteriorating and needs fixing, but otherwise the apartment is a fabulous base for exploring Edinburgh.

The location was superb, very centrally located and easy to find, close to all major attractions and although located in a busy part of Edinburgh, the apartment was whisper quiet to outside noise. The kitchen and living area were very comfortable and spacious with good internet. We really enjoyed our stay here and found it to be good value.

Some small minor facility issues with no extractor fan in the bathroom, hair dryer not working and the bathroom towels and bedroom linen could have been better quality but these did not stop us from enjoying our stay.

Great location, space, and appliances. We slept well and really enjoyed the proximity to Old Town and many other Edinburgh attractions.

Towels were clean but smelled bad.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Centrally located a short walk of around 10 -15 minutes to the Royal Mile, right across from St James Quarter. Thank you for making our stay in Edinburgh just that much more enjoyable!

The secondary door in the entrance foyer could do with an automatic closing mechanism, to prevent this door slamming each an every time someone enters the building. The apartment itself was next to perfect! The only thing I would suggest is a clothes dryer/airer stand for those garments that can not withstand the drying cycle in the washer/dryer

The location was incredible, it couldn’t have been better. We walked everywhere, no need for other transport.

Fantastic place, great contact with host, everyhing in the appatment is well thought, there is everyhing you need. Location is fantastic.

Pillows were not so great, all other things perfect
