Need a tea towel in kitchen each day and hand towel in both bathrooms not just upstairs but it’s almost impossible to not love everything about the Kalias villas and these are very small things

Tout était parfait, la villa est superbe, la piscine top, ambiance relaxante. Le personnel est trés gentil. Centre ville à 7 minutes à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour 🥰

Property was very clean and private. Quite near the Main strip with lovely little bars / restaurants on the road to the strip. Stag were amazing and very polite and made sure our stay was as good as it possibly could be .

Would have liked to have a light at the side of the property when you came in the gate as it was very dark at night.

Breakfast was lovely and beautifully presented.

The mattress in villa 1 needs to be replaced, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

All praises to Ketut and his team for a wonderful stat at The Kailash. The Villa is exactly how it is shown in the photos, super spacious with a clean pool. Staffs are well trained and breakfast was delicious on on time. Definitely my top choice for my next stay in Ubud. The only minor issue is that the Villa is about 500 meters from the main road and the road leading up is a congested lane which only allows 1 way traffic, so best if your mode of transport is a scooter which you can rent from the Villa,

The property has a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and oven, as well as two bathrooms, which made the stay convenient. Its location is excellent, only about a 10-minute walk from Ubud Center, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

There is significant construction activity nearby, and the noise from grinding can be frequent and disruptive. Additionally, some construction workers have visibility into the property from higher angles, which affects privacy. The access road is very narrow, making it challenging for cars to pass, often leading to vehicles meeting face-to-face without enough space.
