Przestronna cześć dzienna, duże sypialnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Super pomocny personel. Ładnie urządzone mieszkanie.

Dużo drobnych niedociagnieć: brak kawy, herbaty, wody na powitanie. Deklarowane dwie łazienki to tak naprawdę toaleta i łazienka. Łazienka kiepsko zorganizowana, brak wieszaków, półek. 4 dziewczyny i było nam bardzo ciasno 🙂, gdzie pomieścić te wszystkie kosmetyki.

Location is great for being in the centre of the old town. Great selection of shops close by and well positioned for all the major attractions within the city. Great coffee shops and bars available in the vicinity.

If location is the most important aspect, then this is a good option. However, it was disappointing to find a broken toilet seat, curtains that wouldn't move on curtain poles, ripped curtains and tables missing bolts meaning they were unstable. Some of this should be fixed to bring the standard of the apartment to where the photos show it. Whilst the staff replied to a message on day 1 regarding the toilet seat, they weren't proactive in getting fixed, almost suggesting we should have contacted them again when I spoke to them later in the week about the lack of repair. With a bit of maintenance and attention, this would score much better.

Position, Confort, appartment clean and quite, metro and supermarket close to the appartment, nice area in the historical center, good communication with the office.

I definitely left two jackets in the flat, but I couldn't get them back because they told me they couldn't find them.

لا يوجد شارع يوصل إلى البناية فقط شارع للممشى ومتعب جدا لإنزال الحقائب والمشي فيهم إلى البناية ولا يوجد مواقف سيارات

Great location, right in downtown of Genoa, close to everything. I did feel there were too many things to fill out at the beginning but it was worth it at the end. Clean and with well written instructions for everything.
