Loved the location! The size of the apartment and comfort of the beds was perfect for the five of us.

We got stuck in the elevator once, not enough toilet paper and unlocking the door was tricky. Other than that the property was really lovely.

The property is modern and well-maintained, conveniently located near shops and beautiful attractions. It’s a great choice for anyone who enjoys lively areas, shopping, and sightseeing. Although the sofa bed hadn’t been changed when we arrived, the staff promptly brought us fresh bedding, which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

The onboarding process was quite lengthy, and after uploading my passport details online, I assumed everything was complete. However, upon arrival at the property, I was asked to bring my family so our passports could be checked again, which I found a bit unpleasant considering the effort already put into the onboarding —something I haven’t experienced with other properties. That said, the apartment itself was beautiful, in a great location, and I would definitely stay there again.

Location

We reserved a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and we received 1 bathroom and another 1/2 Bathroom. We talked to the person in charge and said they had over booked; that they didn’t have more 2/2 when we arrived. The solution suggested was to either leave the apartment and I would get my money back, which was no option at that time, or we could stay and the company was going to give us a refund; we decided to stay and are waiting for our refund. But this the first time this happens to me with Booking.coming
