Happy Family Apartments Luccoli

Location

We reserved a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and we received 1 bathroom and another 1/2 Bathroom. We talked to the person in charge and said they had over booked; that they didn’t have more 2/2 when we arrived. The solution suggested was to either leave the apartment and I would get my money back, which was no option at that time, or we could stay and the company was going to give us a refund; we decided to stay and are waiting for our refund. But this the first time this happens to me with Booking.coming

The location is great, appartment is clean and as described. The rooms have AC and there are comfortable beds and some toys for childs, or maybe toddlers to be more accurate. The host communicates in english (it is not really typical in Italy). The host provides a lot of usefull information.

The apartment is in a pretty shabby state, which I understand, because it has a lot of guests, but it spoils an otherwise very nice apartment: - the bedroom doors don't close completely, and the bathroom door handles don't quite work - the oven has a broken handle - the side of the kitchen cupboard is peeling off - the curtain in the bedroom is broken. The original flat was probably split into two, so you can hear everything quite loudly from the flat next door - which is a bit of a minus if your neighbours are vomiting loudly in the toilet all night. You get two rolls of toilet paper, one per bin bag and one dishwasher tablet, which I find silly for longer stays. There are not glass wines also.

Modern. Clean. Great location for exploring the city.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Happy with our stay here. Bed very comfortable. Three working aircons.

The apartment is in need of a bit of TLC/repair - there were a few broken things (curtain rail/oven door handle/bedroom door handles/toilet door. We have told the owners about the issue we had and hopefully they will be attended too! The amenities in the kitchen were very limited. We did not receive the welcome email with the instructions to find/access the apartment so we had a lot of difficulties and we could not get ahold of the owner on the phone for about half an hour.

No curtains in second bedroom. Multi power plug in kitchen didn’t seem to work and it kept tripping the power switch

Nothing. It was wonderful.

Great location, spacious flat overall, beautiful kitchen

A few details like curtains were too small for the windows and one of them was completely torn in the middle. Big tv but no streaming services, WiFi was off when we arrived and had to figure out ourselves what happened and also there was no toilet paper left in the flat. It’s a bit basic and could do with some more thoughtful welcome.

very good location. good value for money. close to all activities.

parking is expensive. needs some small repair here and there. but generally, we liked it.
