Excellent place

The location was perfect! The beach is literally across the street, with another just down the road. They are all great beaches. The property is a little dated, but provided beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and a small beach bag. The matress is firm and pillows were not the best, but it was clean and tidy. You have everything you need. If you're big on vanity or luxury, this isn't the place for you. The nearest store is about half a mile up the road, but doesn't have a huge selection of things, just some necessities. I would suggest buying food /drink items before you arrive. Walmart and a supermarket are about 10 minutes away. There is a small cooktop and mini fridge available at the property. There are two local restaurants, one 2 minutes up the road (Laguna) and one right next door(Costa Mia) that I suggest. The food at both locations was amazing. Vistas is about one mile away for Breakfast/Brunch. You will need reservations. Icacos Beach water taxi is just done the road from that restaurant and is a must to visit! Uber isn't readily available in this area, so be prepared to walk or wait 20 minutes for one.

The property was clean! It was so close to Seven Seas Beach. We didn’t get a rental car. There was a nice restaurant on the beach and one next door. We walked to Las Vista Cafe… amazing! Ubers were available. The place has sunscreen and bug spray which was great. Only had a mini fridge.

Wished restaurant turned off parking lights at night, but not the property's fault. Other than that, great stay

The amenities were great. Cristobal was super responsive regarding questions.

Great little studio with kitchen! Owner was very responsive and location is great. Make sure to stop at House of Pastillios! We will be back!
