The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. You will need a rental car tho. The shower and bathroom drains slow but it’s not bad. They have a couple beach chairs and masks and snorkels for use.

I arrived at night and the GPS wasn't quite good, it was somewhat scary to me to see those RV like residential areas on the other side of road. When the sun rises, I see there's road construction ongoing which might make this place less favorable. However just pass the gate and the street, beautiful beautiful ocean and beach is out there for you to walk, swimming and snorkeling... Ever since I love the place. It has everything you would need already. Should there be no road construction ongoing, it would be very easy (in walking distance) to the excursion, water taxi, but with car to drive around, it's only 4 minutes then there are nice restaurants and water taxi to untouched islands and the bio bay tour places... I would stay again next time due to the location and the convenience. We enjoyed the place, but there's no paper towels neither towels in the kitchen, got to buy it yourself.

Front beach

This place is EXCELLENT. Great little place right across the street from two amazing beaches, mangrove forest, and bioluminiscente lagoon. There are many places to eat within wallking distance. The studio is very spacious, clean, quiet, secure and private. When you first arrive, they had a nice welcoming music playing and had a warm welcoming scent. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.

This location was phenomenal. Great little place right across the street from an amazing beach, less than a 2 minute walk. Calm, beautiful water and breathtaking snorkeling along the coral reef. Tiny inconveniences that did not affect our stay at all: Was a little confusing to get to and the shower was slow to drain but great communication with the owner. Tons of places to eat within wallking distance. 25 minute drive to the ferry or El Yunque. Will most definitely recommend and will stay here again. This was my favorite beach.

This place is EXCELLENT. You are right across from two beautiful beaches. You are right next to a local restaurant with excellent fresh seafood. You are within walking distance of the bioluminiscente lagoon, a mangrove forest, and a bio preserve. There are lots of water activities nearby. Grocery store is a few miles away. You would need to drive but you would also need to drive to get to this location. Cristobal the property manager was excellent. He was exceedingly helpful and friendly. He knows so much about the area. My mom and I stayed here and felt the pictures did not do it justice. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Lots of pillows. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Large TV for streaming. Internet was pretty good. The shower doesn’t get very warm but it doesn’t really matter because Puerto Rico was hot every day. Good air conditioning. The kitchen has a stove, fridge (small ice box inside) microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking items like pots and silverware. Bathroom had bath towels. Once the restaurant closes at night it’s pretty quiet. Maybe around 10:00PM. We walked around as two women and no one bothered us. This is a beautiful quiet location. This is not a nightlife/party location. I’d highly recommend staying here. I want to go back!

This property was amazing!! Across the street from beautiful beaches and a great location for grocery store and dining. Extremely clean and very communicative. I would absolutely stay here again!!
