The property overall is pretty nice. Nothing too fancy, but realistically, you're probably not going to be spending a ton of time there. Easy walk to the beach and dining, and a short walk to several other restaurants and a little mini-mart. The host was INCREDIBLY communicative, which was a very welcome change from most places we've stayed. Would definitely consider staying again.

Incredible location for anyone who likes a beautiful beach & lots of trails across the street. Comfortable & cozy, if you don’t feel like staying in for dinner, a few delicious restaurants are in walking distance.

Love it go back again

Cristobal, the owner, was outstanding. A water line had been cut by construction, and the property was without running water when we arrived. He brought us several gallon jugs and went to bat with the city/construction company to ensure our water was restored promptly. Property itself is maybe 100' from a drop-dead gorgeous bay. A little over an hour's drive from San Juan, it has easy access to breathtaking beaches, snorkeling, great dining, and El Yunque rainforest. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

I've probably stayed at around 50-60 different properties in Puerto Rico and this was one of my favorite. It is quiet, convenient (full kitchen), right across the street from the beach with great beach hiking in both directions and a short walk from many activities at Kayak Village and great restaurants like Costa Mia and La Esquina De Andy. Highly recommended in Fajardo.

Fantastic! Location, communication, studio—all were great. Highly recommend, assuming you have a rental car. Happy and glad we stayed here.

The shower curtain rod dropped down on my first night. It so happened I improvised. To make the story short, it was not fixed during my 4th night stayed. The property manager was very apologetic. I hope next time I come it will be fixed. Beside this one incident, I LOVED this place very much. Very quite and secure. Very private.

We loved the property. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Near the beach with many options for food. The perfect little getaway. The night sky view was amazing. Great experience overall
