Me encanto que no tuve que hablar con nadie, todo fue atraves de la app. Desde el check in hasta el check out. Llegue y todo sin problema como uno espera pero muy rara vez ocurre. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y me volveria a quedar. 5/5

This was my first stay at Sonder Aria in Mexico City. I highly recommend downloading the Soder app since much can be done from the app. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Everything was in working order and the room was clean. I enjoyed the central location and convenience of stores nearby. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. I felt the building was pretty secure & I felt very safe there. Since this place is centrally located, it’s bustling outside = lots of noise. Some rooms have white noise machines and always have earplugs. So helpful! I actually didn’t need the ear plugs though. I had an issue on my first night with my code not working. This happened after hours so I used the app to chat about this issue and received a prompt resolution. I enjoyed my stay and I will book another stay in the future.

The place was super clean and in an excellent location. Because of this I extended my stay from five days to an entire month. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency back home after only a couple of days of staying. Sonder refused to give me credit for the balance of 25 days already paid. Major financial loss for me as my employer will not reimburse me and I have to bear the cost.

This place was great overall. Everything was perfect. Front desk was helpful and friendly. IF you’re sensitive to sounds, this can be tricky at night but the traffic should die down before you go night night anyways. I had no issue with that but that’s the only possible downside. The property has a nice sized rooftop gym. Uber is easy to get into and out of from the front door. Also in a great area to get to everywhere without too much of a hassle.

Everything was good except the security wore rude that’s all I ask few questions in two different ocasiones and they wore the same rude except the day wore leaving but they wore different ones
