Great amenities overall

There were two elevators and one wasn’t working most of the time and the waiting time to ride the one that was working was too much.

I like Sonder Aria, it’s a beautiful hotel. The room is great. And it’s at a great price. Very worth it

everything ok but there was a strong smell coming from the shower drainage…

The management of the hotel is nasty. We had to extend our stay by a few days, and though we have paid for the same accommodation, they made us check out at 11am and didn’t let us in until 4 pm The day was ruined.

It would have been a nice stay, but one thing - we stayed there for few days, and then extended our stay for few extra days. The staff made us to check out at 11 am, and did not let us back in until 4 pm. We tried explaining that we are extending our stay, etc. however, they didn’t care! We had a ruined day thanks to the staff of the hotel. Won’t be staying again.

New property so amenities were nice and the location was great. Had everything I needed. Only down side was the construction next door and the building had a few power outages/did internet maintenance while I was staying there.

The best of the best, I would recommend this Hotel to anyone that would like to travel to Mexico City.

Terrible customer service. Elevators and sewage/ water broke. Had to walk up and down ten flights of stairs. Bathroom/pipes smelled like sewer. Customer support response is that this is common for this area. Terrible considering that i expect more from Sonder.
