Shower floods the bathroom floor, mattress in bad repair, service slow, many dishes not available on restaurant menu, limited breakfast options and no serviettes at breakfast.

NLNothing. This hotel has the best location, next to the Congo River but the building, maintenance of it and the structure soooo dirty for hotels of same price range.
The pictures on booking.com are not a reflection of reality. Rooms were dirty. Bad quality materials used for building, bad electrical connections, only one switch for all lights! Dirty washrooms, badly built

GBThe staff were very helpful. The young woman at the Reception, Clementine, was particularly pleasant and spoke English which was very helpful. Elsa was also pleasant and helpful. Prisca in the restaurant managed to fix me breakfast even though I was late. . Well done guys!
The shower head holder in my room was broken, but the helpful staff made my stay quite pleasant.
