High quality food, room had a distinct old odor, room had many cosmetic defects of wear and tear, no ice machines exist for ice in room, nice pools and bar area, family oriented atmosphere & live daily band. Limited drink options to include up-sell choices. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was not as represented on your site. It is a dump and I am shocked that Wyndham would put their name on this place. It was run down and in need of basic maintenance and more than a little TLC. The room literally stunk. When I asked about what vodka the "all inclusive" bar was serving the server held up a bottle of something I've never heard of and explained that their shipment was late and that was all she had. It was so bad that, after we finally made it to our room and saw what it was like, we decided not to stay and we went to another hotel rather than spend the night at the property. We were happy that the manager agreed to not charge us for the night - the one bright star. You need to take this one off the list until they have completed whatever remodel they have in mind. I'm not going to be inclined to accept your description of the properties you represent after this experience. I'm just saying ...

I will not be back to this property! We did not have wash cloths or regular coffee for 4 days out of the 7 we stayed. Bathrooms are small and menu items listed not available at meal times. This is not a resort I’d recommend it’s more like a college dorm. Very small beach area with minimal activities to do.

This property needs to be maintained . Breakfast are good but nobody serves you, tables are dirty I have to put it by myself. Lunch and Dinner terrible. Cold, bad presentation and again nobody is there to take care of that. Outside the adult pool was terrible, The kids pool were closed and dirty.

The couple who operated the water sports, the jet skis, Gabby & her husband, were the best part of the whole place. Food was great. Had an adult pool, but no adult dining area. At one point, could not obtain toilet paper or clean towels & washcloths. Unsafe building structures on the balcony and walkways.

Overall it was a good experience unfortunately the room was a little dated and the bed was lumpy. Staff was very friendly and polite and answered all questions. Food offerings were varied and tasted good.

This was the most uneven experience I have had at a hotel. Long story short, the outdoor activities were great, the room was fairly awful, and the food was fair-ok. I highly recommend arriving early in the day so you enjoy the outdoor areas first. We arrived at night, just before bedtime, and our first impression was the room, which was very, very outdated and odd. However, the full day that we spent using the resort was quite nice. Luckily we did not need to spend much time in the room. Kayaking any time of the day, water aerobics (Shannon, the instructor, was great), jet skiing (for a fee), mini golf, pickle ball, and more were great. Some of the food was okay, the freshly-made omelettes were good. There wasn't any food to get excited about and the restaurant was dated, but when it's all included and quick, we couldn't complain too much. The sunsets were pretty awesome. Staff and service were good overall, but missed the extra layer of sweetness and hospitality we would expect from a resort. That all said, I will not return until the rooms are completely renovated, and hope that the food improves a notch. Also, hope that kayaking and aerobic activities are available every day of the week in the future.
