Check in system, everything electronic, every time you want to go back to your room, you need to video call them and ask for access. I was told that I would have face recognition on my email. The virtual staff told that it doesn’t work, so I have to call every time and they don’t answer right away. One more thing, NO VISITORS, if you’re planning to bring visitors, this is not the place for you

Ja fiquei em várias unidades Charlie e nunca tive problema. A hospedagem nessa unidade foi uma catástrofe. Apartamento muito sujo, mas muito mesmo!! Na cozinha quase faltando muitos utensílios. No microondas faltando prato giratório. A fechadura eletrônica estragou e não teve solução. Tivemos que mudar de apartamento e não tinha da mesma categoria. Mas oq mais impressionou foi a sujeira do apartamento.

The location is excellent, but you need to use car if you are traveling with kids.

The room is OK. The biggest problem is the bathrooms, that need an immediate upgrade. My youngest daughter lost her glasses in the bathroom, but the host said they did not find it.

Property was great such a good location.

The apartment lack wifi and bathroom was not clean, had flies, mold I reported such to the customer service. Bathroom had mold and a cleaning staff went the next day just to clean 1 bathroom.

The property was confortable and the fact that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it more comfortable to travel with our son. It is also very close to Avenida Paulista, metro, restaurants and shops. The host were prompt to respond and willing to fix little issues.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the apartment wasn’t too clean. The floor wasn’t clean properly and the shower in the master bedroom was a little dirty. I requested a cleaning service and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

The location was great, felt very safe and central, especially on Sunday for the Avenida Paulista walking street. The door code was convenient to use to enter the apartment, but it was a bit confusing entering the building by communicating with the facial recognition since we do not speak Portuguese. The apartment was clean and modern, and offered many useful amenities. Although the apartment was a bit small, the terrace was very spacious and had a nice view of the city. The rooftop pool in the building was also beautiful, but we were unable to use it at nighttime since there were no lights.

The apartment was a bit small, but that is to be expected for a city apartment. It was inconvenient that there was no luggage storage, as checkout was at 11am, but we had a flight at 10pm and had to pay for a separate luggage storage facility.
